At House of Cerrone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your House of Cerrone account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
